- 12 oz fresh cranberries
- ¾ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup orange juice (freshly squeezed)
- Zest of one orange
- ¼ cup water
- Pinch of salt
Directions:
- Rinse the cranberries and discard any soft or bruised ones.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the sugar, orange juice, water, and salt. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.

Directions:
- Combine port wine, brown sugar, honey, rosemary, and the cinnamon stick in a saucepan over medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves.
- Add cranberries and cook until they begin to pop, about 8–10 minutes.
- Stir in lemon zest, then remove from heat. Let the mixture cool, removing the cinnamon stick before serving.
