This immersive nine-month program goes far beyond traditional leadership training. Each session brings participants face-to-face with the real challenges and opportunities shaping Southern Nevada
—from economic development and education to public safety and healthcare.
Through curated site visits, insider panels, and collaborative projects, class members gain privileged insight into the inner workings of their community, fostering a sense of ownership and responsibility for its future. More than 500 alumni—business owners, nonprofit executives, civic leaders, and educators—form a powerful and connected network shaping Henderson’s present and future.
