For over a decade, Brat Haus has been a Scottsdale staple, where great beer, scratch-made food, and a sense of community spirit come together under one roof. But how do they do it? Owner Dave Andrea, operating partner Drew Hartz, and their team are answering that question with a bold new chapter. This October, the beloved community institution will unveil a significant remodel of its expansive patio, transforming it into a destination where families, friends, and even four-legged companions can linger longer.<\/span><\/p>

The physical space may be evolving, but the soul of Brat Haus remains in its kitchen, where nearly everything is handmade. Unlike many pubs, Brat Haus takes its kitchen seriously. Almost everything on the menu is made in-house, from signature brats to sauerkraut and specialty sauces.
