  • Name
  • Phone number
  • Email address
  • Content interests

Information automatically collected

In short: Some information — such as your IP address and device/browser characteristics — is collected automatically when you visit our Services.

This information does not by itself reveal your identity but may include:

  • Log and Usage Data — service-related, diagnostic, and performance information our servers automatically collect and record in log files.
  • Device Data — information about the device you use to access our Services, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, general location, and hardware model.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We process personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and provide support
  • Request feedback about your use of our Services
  • Send marketing and promotional communications, in line with your preferences (you may opt out at any time — see Section 8)
  • Protect our Services, including fraud monitoring and prevention
  • Evaluate and improve our Services, products, and marketing
  • Identify usage trends
  • Comply with legal obligations and respond to legal requests

3. When and With Whom Do We Share Your Personal Information?

In short: We may share information with the following categories of third parties, or in the situations below.

Categories of third parties we may share information with:

  • Data analytics services
  • Website hosting providers
  • Social networks
  • Communication & collaboration tools
  • Sales & marketing tools
  • Performance monitoring tools

We may also share information when:

  • Business transfers occur — in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of company assets.
  • We use Google Maps Platform APIs — Google Maps uses GPS, Wi-Fi, and cell tower data to estimate location. GPS is accurate to roughly 20 meters; Wi-Fi and cell towers help when GPS signals are weak (e.g., indoors). Location shown is not always exact.
  • We share with affiliates — our parent company, subsidiaries, or companies under common control, who are required to honor this Privacy Notice.
  • We share with business partners — to offer certain products, services, or promotions.

4. Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?

In short: Yes — we use cookies and similar technologies to collect and store information.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as web beacons and pixels) to operate our Services securely, remember preferences, and understand how our site is used. We also permit select third parties to use tracking technologies on our Services for analytics and advertising purposes, including tailoring ads to your interests.

Where these technologies qualify as a “sale” or “share” under applicable U.S. state law (including targeted advertising), you may opt out as described in Section 10.

Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to track and analyze use of our Services, including Demographics and Interests Reporting and Display Network Impressions Reporting. To opt out:

5. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

In short: We retain your information only as long as necessary for the purposes in this Notice, unless a longer period is legally required.

When we no longer have a legitimate business need to process your personal information, we delete or anonymize it. If deletion isn’t immediately possible (for example, information held in backup archives), we securely store and isolate the information until deletion is possible.

6. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

In short: We use organizational and technical safeguards to protect your information.

We’ve implemented reasonable security measures designed to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security against interception or misuse.

7. Do We Collect Information From Minors?

In short: We do not knowingly collect data from, or market to, children under 18.

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old. If we learn we’ve collected personal information from a user under 18, we will deactivate the account and take reasonable steps to promptly delete the data. If you believe we may have collected information from a child under 18, contact us at contact@lifeplusstylemag.com.

8. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

In short: Depending on your location, you may review, update, or delete your information, and may opt out of certain communications.

  • Withdrawing consent. Where we rely on your consent to process information, you may withdraw it at any time by contacting us. This won’t affect the lawfulness of processing that occurred before withdrawal.
  • Marketing opt-out. Unsubscribe at any time via the link in our marketing emails, or by contacting us. You may still receive non-marketing, service-related messages.
  • Cookies. Most browsers accept cookies by default; you can set yours to reject them, though this may affect certain site features.

Questions about your privacy rights: contact@lifeplusstylemag.com.

9. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most browsers and some mobile operating systems include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) signal. Because no uniform standard for recognizing DNT signals currently exists, we do not respond to them at this time. If a legal standard is adopted, we will update this Notice accordingly.

California law requires that we disclose how we respond to browser DNT signals: at present, we do not respond to them, as no industry or legal standard has been established.

This section applies to residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, and Virginia.

Sources & use of personal information

See Sections 1 and 2 above for how and where we collect and use personal information.

Beacons/Pixels/Tags & social media plugins. We use social media features (e.g., “Like” and “Share” buttons) for Facebook, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn. These may process your IP address and track which pages you visit, and may place cookies for functionality. If you’re logged into a social platform while interacting with its widget, that activity may be recorded to your profile on that platform. Log out of the platform beforehand to avoid this. These features are governed by the privacy notices of the companies that provide them.
